PSA Oxygen Generation Process

Pressure Swing Adsorption uses zeolite molecular sieves to extract oxygen straight from ambient air. No tanks, no deliveries — continuous supply powered by your vehicle's battery.

Ambient air is drawn through dual-stage filtration — HEPA and line filter — removing dust, oil, and moisture before processing.

Under pressure, zeolite beds selectively trap nitrogen molecules. Oxygen — being less adsorptive — passes through freely.

Oxygen Concentration

Concentrated O₂ at 90%+ purity is collected and fed into the fish transport tank via flow meter and air diffuser.
