LIVE FISH TRANSPORT · OXYGEN SUPPLY SYSTEM

Oxygen, manufactured on the road.

O2MOS builds DC-powered PSA oxygen generators that run off a truck's own battery or a vessel's DC supply — turning ordinary intake air into a steady, high-purity oxygen feed for live fish tanks, mile after mile.

RELIABLE SUPPLY ON THE MOVE

Built for the long haul between farm and market

Transporting live fish over long distances demands a stable, high-purity oxygen supply to hold water quality steady and keep fish stress to a minimum. Our PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) oxygen generator is engineered specifically for live fish transport trucks, delivering a cost-effective, portable, and efficient oxygen source for the entire trip — running on DC power, so there's no AC conversion to worry about.

We supply PSA oxygen generators sized for 1-ton and 5-ton live fish trucks, and the same platform runs onboard vessels when paired with a compatible DC power supply unit and integrated safety alarm system.

SYSTEM OVERVIEW

How the system turns air into oxygen

Ambient air is drawn in, filtered, and separated inside the vehicle — producing a clean, concentrated oxygen stream with nothing to refill and nothing to haul.

1

Ambient Air Intake

Outside air (~21% O₂) is drawn into the unit.

2

PSA Separation

Nitrogen and contaminants are filtered out under pressure swing adsorption.

3

High-Purity O₂

Clean oxygen (≥90%) is produced on demand — no tanks to refill.

4

Flow Meter

Delivery is metered per tank, typically ≤3 LPM per line.

5

Fish Tank / Air Stone

Oxygen is diffused into each live tank to hold DO steady.

FAIL-SAFE

If the generator ever drops out, the tank doesn't

Every installation is monitored end to end, so a fault in the generator never means a fault in the fish tank.

  1. O2Call monitoring continuously checks generator status and oxygen supply pressure from the driver's cabin panel.
  2. On a fault — power loss, pressure drop, or low battery — the emergency oxygen alarm controller triggers automatically and alerts the driver.
  3. The controller opens the backup oxygen cylinders (2–3 high-pressure bottles), keeping flow to the tank uninterrupted until the generator is restored.

WHY OPERATORS CHOOSE O2MOS

Every detail built for the road, not the lab

High-Purity Oxygen

Delivers up to 90% oxygen concentration to hold water quality steady and reduce fish stress in transit.

DC Power Operation

Runs directly off the vehicle's battery with minimal impact on fuel consumption — no external AC power required.

1-Ton & 5-Ton Ready

Sized to fit both compact and heavy-duty live fish trucks, and adaptable to marine vessel installations.

Clean Output

Ambient air is filtered before separation, so only clean, contaminant-free oxygen reaches the tank.

Lower Operating Cost

No refillable oxygen tanks to buy, transport, or swap — the generator produces oxygen on demand.

Safety Alarm Integration

Real-time monitoring with automatic alerts keeps the driver informed and the tank protected at all times.

Marine-Grade Durability

Vibration-, moisture-, and corrosion-resistant construction, built to handle demanding transport conditions.

Easy Maintenance

Modular, service-friendly layout allows quick inspection and part replacement with minimal downtime.

CONFIGURATIONS

Standard setup, plus what you can add

Proven over 15+ years of field use, with regionally supported service for fast follow-up.

STANDARD

Generator + Cabin Panel

  • Oxygen generator and driver's cabin control panel as one integrated set.
  • Where installation space is tight, a modular type splits components for flexible placement.
OPTIONAL

Emergency Oxygen Alarm

  • Steps in the moment the generator becomes inoperative.
  • Backed by 2–3 high-pressure oxygen cylinders sized for a reliable emergency reserve.
OPTIONAL

Marine Power Supply Unit

  • Converts AC to DC power for the generator, bypassing the vehicle battery.
  • A stable power source built for vessel environments where uptime matters most.
OPTIONAL

Flow Meter for Fish Tank

  • We recommend a flow meter rated at 3 LPM or lower per line for precise oxygen delivery.
  • Prevents over-supply and supports efficient aeration management across live fish tanks.
